Santushi has been part of the social justice movement for over 10 years. She was the Board Chair for Sakhi for South Asian Women, a New York City based not-for-profit working with survivors of domestic violence. She has over 15 years of management experience in both corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Her area of focus is in process development, organizational development, governance and project management. Santushi completed her BA in Political Science at Bard College, New York and received her Master’s of Science in International Public Relations from Boston University.
